Our Process
Leading the company from the front is Aaron Kendall, a hands on carpenter builder who spends most of his time onsite. Aaron is backed up by a full-time contracts manager who runs the administration tasks in parallel. This proven business model has led to many successful projects across the entire Sydney region.
1. DA Approved Plans
– DA approved plans or CDC plans to be provided by the owner or architect
– Structural and Hydraulics Specification Design
– Draft Finishing Schedule
2. Request For Tender
– Tender will be issued within 2-3 weeks depending on complexity.
Approximate time frame: 2-3 weeks
3. Cost Engineering
– Revise and finalise scope of project to be included in the contract.
Approximate time frame: 2-3 weeks
4. Sign Contract
– Prepare construction certificate (CC) or CDC
– Mobilise living situation
– Prepare site to start
Approximate time frame: 2-3 weeks
5. Build Cycle
– Progress meetings every 3-4 weeks
– Meetings managed by owner, architect or external project manager.
6. Handover
– Takes approximately 9 months to 1.5 years for build costs around $750k to $2m
